S&C upgraded it’s site to use a content management system which ties into Salesforce, Sharepoint and a translation provider. As the Manager – Creative Services, I was involved in the vendor selection, design oversight and launch in 2016.
Following launch, I oversaw routine development upgrades to improve search and features, mobile responsiveness, A/B testing, content updates and bug fixes with an outside development partner.
In 2020, oversaw the roll out of the content management system, enpowering S&Cs content creators across the globe to add and update information without the need to open a ticket or wait for developer support.
Also in 2020, I advocated to bring development resources in-house, allowing web development projects to be focused within the Creative Services group. A front end and back end developer were added onto the team, allowing www.sandc.com to improve it’s UI/UX and add features while closing gaps on infrastructure, security and other integrations paramount to an enterprise website.
